The rules for using the PuppyHub platform for owners, professionals and visitors.
Who we are and what we do
PuppyHub is a service run by Zeudia Italia S.r.l. that connects animal owners with independent professionals. PuppyHub is not a party to the service contract between owner and professional, except where expressly stated.
Accounts
To book or offer services you need a personal account, reserved for adults. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Professionals
Professionals are independent and are responsible for the service they offer, for the authorisations required and for their own tax obligations. PuppyHub's checks are proportionate and do not constitute a guarantee of the professional's behaviour.
Bookings and payments
The full price is shown before confirmation. Payments are handled by an authorised payment service provider, under its own terms. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown on the booking.
Content and reviews
You are responsible for the content you publish. Reviews must be based on real experiences. We may remove content that breaks the law or the community rules, giving reasons for the decision and the chance to contest it.
Reports
Anyone can report illegal content or content that breaks the rules using the reporting tools on the platform.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PuppyHub is not liable for damage arising from the service provided by the professional. Consumers' mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
The law specified in the final version of these terms applies, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence.
