Tell us your animal, service, area and dates. You can filter by size, price, distance and features, and save your favourites.

Compare
Each profile shows services, unit prices, extras, cancellation rules, verified badges and reviews from real bookings.

Meet
Message the professional and, if you like, arrange a meet-and-greet. Share only the parts of the Pet Passport that are needed.

Book
The summary shows the total with extras, service fee and taxes before payment. The professional accepts the request and the booking becomes confirmed.

Follow along
During the service you receive messages, photos and updates inside the booking.

Review
Once the service is complete you can leave a review on reliability, communication, cleanliness, punctuality and quality.
For professionals

Sign-up is free, then you complete your profile in small steps: services, area covered, photos and introduction.

Upload the documents required for the services you offer. Badges appear after the check.

Receive requests, accept the ones that suit you and manage everything from your dashboard.
Payments, in plain words
Bookings are paid through an authorised payment service provider that handles collection, fees and payouts to professionals. PuppyHub does not hold funds in its own account and does not store card details. Online payments go live city by city, together with bookings.
