Frequently asked questions
Can the groomer treat skin problems?
No: if you notice redness, hair loss or itching, see a vet. The groomer can point it out to you, but doesn't diagnose.
How often should I bring them?
It depends on the coat: ask the groomer, who can suggest a schedule. You'll then find it in the Pet Passport reminders.
Can the price change at the salon?
The professional lists in the price list the cases that can change the price, such as severe matting; any changes must be agreed beforehand.
