Temperament, diet, allergies, medication, vaccines, microchip and emergency contacts in a single profile. You share it with the sitter for the length of the booking and revoke it with a tap.

Do I need to sign up to search?
No. You can search for services and places and see profiles and prices without an account. We only ask you to sign up when you want to message a professional or book.
How are professionals verified?
We ask for an ID document and, for services that require it, the qualifications or authorisations required in the country. Each badge states exactly what was checked. A badge is not a guarantee of future behaviour: that's why we always recommend a meet-and-greet.
How does payment work?
Payments go through an authorised payment service provider. PuppyHub does not hold money and does not store your card details. The professional receives the amount according to the booking's rules.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Each professional chooses a cancellation policy from those available, and you see it before booking, along with the exact amount you would be refunded depending on the date.
Is the Pet Passport an official document?
No. It's a digital profile that helps you organise and share your animal's information. It does not replace the EU pet passport, the vaccination record or documents issued by the vet.
In which countries is PuppyHub available?
We open city by city, gradually. The site is already available in seven languages; search and booking go live in a city once there are enough verified professionals.
