About us
PuppyHub began with a simple question: why is finding someone you can trust with your animal still so complicated?
What we do
We connect animal owners with professionals — pet sitters, dog walkers, pet hotels, groomers, trainers, pet taxis and vets — and provide the tools to choose, book and get organised. Alongside the services, we're building a map of pet-friendly places and a local community.
How we do it
With a few rules we don't bend: reviews only from real bookings, badges only after actual checks, full prices before payment, no sensitive data exposed without consent. When a feature isn't ready yet, we say so.
Where we are
We're opening city by city in Italy, Romania, France, Germany, Spain and Portugal, with the site available in seven languages. We'd rather grow more slowly than fill the pages with empty profiles.
What we believe in
Wellbeing first
Every product decision starts from what's best for the animal.
Simplicity
Fewer steps, fewer forms, fewer surprises.
Honesty
No inflated numbers, no empty guarantees.
Local
The best people for your animal often live just a few streets away.
