What data we process
Account data (name, email, language), profile data you choose to enter, data about the animals you add to the Pet Passport, messages and bookings, and technical data needed for security (IP address, logs). Payment data is processed directly by the payment service provider: we do not store card numbers.
Why we process it
To provide the service you request (performance of a contract), to comply with legal obligations (for example tax and reporting obligations for online platforms), for platform security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest) and, only with your consent, for promotional communications and non-essential analytics.
Who we share it with
With the professionals you choose, limited to what's needed for the booking; with technical providers acting as processors (hosting, email, payments); with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
Transfers outside the EEA
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed for the service and for legal obligations. When you delete your account we erase or anonymise your data, except what we must keep by law (for example accounting data).
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, export it, ask for its erasure or restriction and object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
Minors
The service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
